Timescales

Not all delivery timescales are best estimates provided by the courier and on occasion deliveries make take longer due to unavoidable delays like weather, road closures or industrial action etc however we will do our utmost to ensure your package is delivered on timely manner.

If you need to cancel your order please contact us on hello@ladyandall.com and include your order number. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet we can cancel this for you and issue you a refund however if the item has been shipped already you will need to return the item back to us first before we issue you a refund.

As were sure you’ll understand due to the nature of our products we can only accept returns that have not been used and are still sealed within their original packaging. Please email us on hello@ladyandall.com include your order number. Once we received your return item we will then issue you a refund and please allow 10 working days for your return to be processed.
