Returns & Exchanges

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

As we’re sure you’ll understand due to the nature of our products we can only accept returns that have not been used and are still sealed within their original packaging.

Please email us on hello@ladyandall.com and include your order number to start a return.

* NB: emails are not watched on weekends and bank holidays.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

* NB: Please allow 10 working days for your return to be processed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@ladyandall.com

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect information

Please note that Lady & All cannot be held responsible for your orders delayed by incorrect address information applied on the checkout process.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

As a small business, we strive to keep our prices competitive while providing quality products. This is why we ask customers to cover return shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
